Learn to create and achieve goals with the support of a mentor!
Learn how to understand mental health, self, family systems, trauma and breaking cycles. All while developing skills that you can use at home, school and work. Our monthly topics include: Self-Care, Building Self-Esteem, Understanding Trauma, Coping Strategies, and more!
Who is it for? For Youth ages 11-17 (We encourage parents, guardians and mentors who have also been affected by Domestic Violence.)

Family Support Group
This is a new FREE group hosted by our very own Katya Wojcik and Alice Butler.

Group is perfect for individuals that are supporting a family member/friend experiencing domestic violence. (Group is for 18+)
When does it start? Starting February 2022 and will run every other week.

Doula led Women’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Group (from pregnancy to 9 months).

This space will be safe for women that have experienced domestic violence to be able to gain education, care and community.
